Wow, this is one really nice picture 
You requested critique so i think you're okay with it when i give my total opinion
I really like the way the background is completely blurred and the man is really detailed.
Loving the black and white
The only thing that i've noticed is that in my opninion at some spots the contrast and sharpness is a little too much.. It could be the picture aswell, i don't have that good and trained eyes
But a really really nice picture
